Ordering & minimums
Is there a minimum order?
No rigid minimum. We supply single trial cartons through to full pallet loads. Tell us your volume and we quote accordingly.
How do I get a price?
Send your list (products, grades and quantities) via the contact form, phone or email. We reply with pricing and a delivery plan, usually the same day.
Where is BetterGrow located?
BetterGrow General Trading LLC operates from Dubai Investment Park 2 (DIP 2), PO Box 79409, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Trade buyers are welcome during working hours, Sat-Thu · 8:00-18:00.
How long has BetterGrow been supplying the UAE?
Since 2013. Today we stock 8 product lines and supply ISO and HACCP trade clients across all seven emirates.
Delivery & coverage
How fast is delivery?
Planned delivery across all seven emirates through planned distribution for orders confirmed by the daily cut-off. Often same-day within central Dubai.
Which areas do you cover?
All seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain.
How is delivery coordinated?
Through planned distribution routes and direct account coordination from our Dubai Investment Park 2 base. Coverage and timing are confirmed against your order, location and product availability.
Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery terms depend on order size and location. We confirm them clearly on every quote.
Products & grades
How do you keep grades consistent?
Every intake is cleaned, size-graded and moisture-checked before it enters stock, so repeat orders match.
Is everything halal?
Yes. Our range is halal, and halal, origin and food-safety documentation ships with your order.
Can you source something not listed?
Often, yes. If it fits our categories, ask. We source to spec for regular customers.
Do you offer private label?
Yes. Retail and private-label packs with your branding are available, subject to minimum quantities.
Documentation
What paperwork do you provide?
Trade invoices plus halal, origin and food-safety documents, ready for audits, retail listing and re-export.
Do you supply manufacturers and importers?
Yes: spec-driven ingredient supply for manufacturers, and bulk sourcing with export documentation for importers and traders.
